Introduction:
The water-saving washing process is to find a more economical and practical way of washing denim. The main purpose of water-saving washing is to make denim products in the industrial washing process to minimize the energy, water, washing time and washing costs used in conventional washing.
Conventional denim washing processes, including desizing, enzyme washing, bleaching, neutralization and softener treatment, and some other washing processes, such as pickling, stone washing, etc.

Traditional washing methods:
In the traditional washing method, each step has an independent washing tank. For example, if you want a denim product (with a cat must), this is generally the case:
- Desizing----Washing----Draining,
- Add enzymes----washing----drainage,
- impregnating resin,
- grasping/wearing,
- Bleaching----Washing----Draining,
- sandblasting,
- Neutralization----Washing----Drainage,
- Add softener wash----drainage.
This washing method consumes very high amounts of water.
This washing method is not only detrimental to the ecology, but also quite expensive in terms of cost.

Combined washing method:
The combined washing process means that several different processes of the garment industry washing process are combined and washed together. Combine the original four washing tanks into one washing tank, which not only saves a lot of water resources, but also does not affect the washing effect. The water after the end of a process does not need to be drained and is used in the next process, so that the energy heated by the water can be preserved and no more energy is needed for heating in the next process. For example, after the desizing washing process is completed, the enzyme can be added to the same washing tank for washing again.
Denim product washing process, including bleach washing, stone washing, enzyme washing and pickling. According to the data obtained by the traditional washing and combined washing process tests, the actual test results of the combined washing are superior to the conventional washing process.

- This process can achieve good results for denim washing, which not only increases the surface finish, but also increases the strength of the fabric.
- Even if the color has a cylinder difference, you can adjust to the closest effect. Once the process is complete, the QC can be adjusted by re-washing if it finds that the color is still up to standard.
